V63 Bertha AoE Mobber
A mobbing build around a Tesla Rifle nicknamed "Bertha," rolled with Quad, Rapid, Swift, and Fracturer's so every crippled limb detonates and chains explosive damage into the crowd around it. The Ghoul version leans into Glow-based defense and weak-point perks with a Secret Service armor set. The Human version goes Bloodied instead, pairing Unyielding armor with Nerd Rage! so low health becomes more damage. Both share the same weapon and mutation loadout.

The build's only required weapon, nicknamed "Bertha." It fires an electrical discharge that arcs between nearby enemies, and Fracturer's turns every crippled limb into a small explosion that can chain into more crippled limbs and more explosions across a crowd.

How to Obtain
Combat Strategy
- ▸Stock Fusion Cells since the Tesla Rifle's chain lightning and high fire rate burn through ammo fast even with Quad's expanded magazine.
- ▸Raise the Ghoul's Glow meter before engaging so Brick Wall and Faulty Spots are active.
- ▸On the Human variant, let Health sit low intentionally so Unyielding and Nerd Rage! are both contributing.
- ▸Fire into the densest part of a group rather than picking a single target, since the chain lightning and Fracturer's explosions both depend on nearby enemies.
- ▸Let Tormentor and Modern Renegade's cripple chance keep limbs breaking, which keeps Fracturer's procs and Shotgun Champ's bonus damage coming.
- ▸Reposition with Marsupial's jump height rather than standing still, since a wide-open crowd gives the chain lightning more targets to arc into.
- ▸Save VATS and Better Criticals for mini-bosses. Standard mobbing is fast enough that VATS costs more than it's worth.
